Why are we justified in processing personal data?

Sources of personal data

We mostly obtain personal data directly from you via our website or when communicating with you. Some other data can also be obtained from our partners, e.g. banks or transport companies. In the event that you make a purchase from us, we may receive additional data from banks, our partners who manage payment systems, and transport partners in connection with the execution of the concluded sales contract, e.g. information about your transaction account number, successfully executed payments or delivery and collection of goods.

Editing of your personal data

You can edit all the data you provided to us via the website in the same way as you entered it the first time. You can request that we permanently delete your data from our records, except for those data that we are required by law to keep in business books. Protection of personal data – what data do we process?

If you visit our website, we collect some information about your actions. We use cookies to track which product you viewed, through which device, with which browser, at what time, etc., with which operating system and similar technical information, but we do not store your personal data. If you are a registered user, then we collect all the data you entered when you registered, and when you make a purchase, all the data from your settings and data about the purchase made. We generally process the following data:

• identification data: first and last name, gender, company name, VAT ID, if you are a legal entity, username and password;
• contact information: address, e-mail address, telephone contacts, delivery address;
• information about your settings: whether you want to receive our information, discount codes, etc.
• order data: ordered items, payment methods, complaints, product return; data on incomplete and canceled orders; information on the receipt of the order with the recommendation of persons from the partner program.
• behavioral data: whether you have received, read or rejected our sent messages.

If you communicate with us through various channels, especially via telephone, e-mail, chat rooms and social networks, we process your identification and contact data and records of mutual communication, including recordings of speeches, without your consent based on our legitimate interest in:

• processing your requests: if you have made a purchase from us and your request relates to an order, we can carry out the processing based on the execution of the contract with you;
• records of your requests: so that we can check their regular and timely fulfillment;
• proving that we have received and processed your request: e.g. if you order goods from us in this way or assert a complaint;

If you are only a visitor to the website, we only collect data about you through the use of cookies. If you are a user of services or a customer of services provided by the company, we also collect other personal data about you that we need to perform the services you have ordered or that you use. We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining contact with customers, work in CRM and e-invoices, complaints, marketing information via e-mail and mail and sales promotion, as well as for the needs of the IR Sun application. When we send e-mails, we keep the e-mail in the mailbox for data and collective info e-mail or to MailChimp. For the purpose of e-mail notification, we store:

For the purpose of obtaining data from e-forms online, working in CRM and e-invoices, we store:

For the needs of the online store, we store:

• company name or natural persons
• tax number
• information about your orders

For accounting purposes, we keep:

• company name or natural persons
• tax number, social security number

For the purposes of the IR Sun WiFi controller and the IRSUN application, the following is recorded:

• the location entered by the user for the purposes of displaying the weather
• first name, last name, e-mail address and password of the user for the user account
• building data to help the service technician and ecosen statistics
• data on the price of electricity entered by the user himself for the correct display of consumption

Consumption and operation is stored on the server, it is tied to the user. It is kept until the user deletes the account/regulator/regulator group. When deleting a group of regulators or an individual regulator, their consumption and operation statistics are also deleted from the location server. If you delete your account/user, all data will be deleted from our system. The MAC address (unique number of the regulator) is recorded, which is needed for communication between the phone and the server that communicates with the IR Sun regulators.

Personal data protection – how long do we keep your data?

We store the obtained data:

• if you are a registered user of the online store and we obtained data on the basis of personal consent, we keep this data for at least 1 year from the last application (registration) and 10 years after the end of the year in which the invoice was issued;
• if you are an unregistered user (guest) of the online store and we obtained data based on personal consent, we keep this data for 1 year from the last registration and purchase and for 10 years after the end of the year in which the invoice was issued;
• in other cases, up to a limitation period of 5 years and another 1 year after the expiry in relation to claims asserted at the end of the limitation period.

In the case of legal, administrative or other proceedings, we process your personal data to the extent and for the time necessary for the duration of such proceedings and the remainder of the limitation period after its termination.

Who do we share your personal information with?

They process your personal data themselves, as their controller. In the event that it is necessary to fulfill your order, we share your data with our delivery and payment partners. This data is processed by our business partners in accordance with our instructions and legal regulations.

We pass your data on to partners:

• who provide package delivery services, 
• that provide payment transaction services, 
• to the website administrator, 
• processors of the content of other communications, such as: SMS messages, e-mail, social networks 

We do not forward personal data to third countries.
